After the Valley girls built a commanding 20-11 lead at halftime, the Escalante girls team started to make a comeback to start off the third quarter. The Escalante girls team cut Valley’s lead to six to end the third quarter. Coming down to the end of the game the Escalante girls tied the game. The Valley fans really got into the game and gave the Valley girls team just the motivation they needed. A couple of clutch shots and free throws towards the end of the game gave the Buffalos just the edge they needed to win the game. The final score was Valley 27 Escalante 26.
