The Valley Buffalos had a struggling start to the game only scoring four points in the first quarter, while the Parowan Rams scored thirteen points. Both teams scored six points in the second quarter to keep it a nine point lead for the Rams. The Buffalos, however, came ready to play in the second half outscoring the Rams by ten points in the third quarter. This gave them a one point lead entering the fourth quarter. The Rams were able to tie the game late in the fourth quarter. A couple of clutch plays in a row by the Buffalos got them to the free throw line. Two free throws made with less than a minute to go in the game was the difference, and the boys were able to close out a huge road win against the Parowan Rams. The final score was Valley 36 Parowan 34. The team’s next game will be a home game against the Piute Thunderbirds.
